EVI provides custom and rental sets for corporate events and companies nationwide.
Rental sets, event scenery, and exhibits in this section of our website are composed of stock structural rental systems.
Each concept is capable of adapting to any specific requirements regarding site or stage size, ceiling height, room width or AV screen configuration. Concepts and systems can also be mixed for a customized design.
The rental sets and set rental choices shown below are an excellent alternative for situations characterized by limited time and limited budgets. Setup time is also significantly reduced thus saving on installation labor, as is the cost when compared to custom fabrication. The price list shown below represents a sampling of set rental options, many additional set configurations are available.
We provide fast design services (usually two to three days) to provide a final approved selection with turnkey cost quotes. These concepts are only a starting point. Custom design & fabrication, with or without stock systems, is always an option that also may be provided at a rental price.
Unlike much of the scenic industry, we strive to use lightweight metals, plastics & fabrics as building materials. Graphics also play a large role as we work to keep your costs low and dramatic impact high. Softgoods are excellent for dramatic lighting effects and provide a variety of looks. Curves and odd shapes are no challenge for this type of scenery.
When we have your requirements and projected budget in detail, we will provide a customized 3D rendering with full branding, screen and event content, a scaled plan view and a line item budget. The basic systems and materials used will be noted for each set. Please note that the price ranges by category (i.e. Small, Medium-Small, Medium, Medium-Large, Large, Arena, Room Treatment, Exhibit, & Entryways) are for the rental package only and do not include the services like project management, transportation, labor for install & strike, etc., which will generally add approximately 60% to the cost.
Expanded full-service production services such as lighting, sound, screens, video projection, producer, coordination, and technical run crew are available and will affect the package price.
