In the midst of a major restructuring and change of marketing strategy, Georgia-Pacific needed to motivate and increase the morale of their employees during the Annual Management Meeting for the Distribution Division. This division sells the building products to home centers for resale to consumer do-it-yourselfers and contractors.

EVI produced the original music for the original modules created by Georgia-Pacific Television for opening and closing the general sessions. These modules employed EVI's award-winning original lyrics, music, creative, and video production services. The theme "Higher and Higher" refers to the fact that G-P is the leader, top-of-the-industry, the best, and getting better while still providing neighborhood service. The production was very well received and accomplished the objectives of the company.
