Event Management - Multi City Tour - Event Tour Management

Brown and Williamson needed a creative and effective platform for the Chairman to address the company. The solution would have to motivate employees, instill company pride, and create an effective forum for Employee/Chairman "Q & A". EVI produced a 3-city tour for B&W's "State of the Business" address.

Our creative and production solution featured an original theme, music and audio visual modules, custom theatrical scenery, a "Lunar Module" landing for the Chairman's intro, a Star Trek-like "Beam up" exit, plus graphics, staging, technical, and logistical requirements. Our creative concept delivered key messages about B&W's "Past, Present, & Future".
